The Villa is a complex of 350 square meters built in the 18th century that dominates the hills of Tuscany, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view appreciable from every side of the villa, free on four sides. The structure, renovated in January 2014 (in Tuscan style), combines a love for the ancient taste of Tuscan furniture with the most modern comfort: every detail is aimed at wellness and relaxation for the customer.

The structure, composed of a main house, an "annex" and a private swimming pool surrounded by greenery, is located in a dominant position on the hill, surrounded by a park of one hectare, composed of centuries-old cypress trees, fruit trees, olive trees and vines, just a few kilometers from Certaldo, a privileged position for those who want relaxing holidays, tranquility and want to visit the most beautiful cities of Tuscany.

From the living room of the first floor is accessed via a staircase to the magnificent "columbarium" on the top of the structure and offers a wonderful panoramic view of 360 ° on the hills of Chianti.

The veranda in front of the house leads to a typical Tuscan barn, inside there is a large living room with fireplace and a fully equipped gym surrounded by large windows that provide views and exceptional brightness environment.

Loggia: Attached to the barn there is a lovely porch with wide arches that offer stunning views of the surrounding hills, with large outdoor dining table.
