On the first floor large living room with large windows overlooking the sea below, TV and large adjoining terrace overlooking the sea. On the second floor there are two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a Jacuzzi, four bedrooms (three doubles, one twin) two of which have terraces used as solariums, all with large, bright windows with sea views.

Circular swimming pool (diameter of about 6.30 m, depth about 3 m) with sea water and service bathroom, large garden with lawns of pitosfori, tamerici, holm oaks and strawberry trees, free wi-fi connection, air conditioning and heating with heat pumps throughout the house. Access to the sea is by means of ladders that descend from the villa onto the flat and practicable cliff where you can sunbathe, fish, dive to swim or snorkel.
