Independent villa with 14 beds.
The Villa has five independent suites, each with its own entrances and outdoor spaces, and two living rooms.
The living room with its 10-meter window is an open space on two levels, connected by a staircase. Upstairs, the study extends through a large window into a shaded patio.
The second living room in the adjacent tower is intimate and welcoming and characterized by a fireplace from the 1700s. On the upper floor, the tower offers a wonderful view.
The suite num. 1 has a large living room with a fireplace, a dining room, a kitchen with an internal patio, a laundry room, two double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The suite num. 2 is composed of a living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom.
The suite num. 3 is composed of a living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom.
The suite num. 4 consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom and a small kitchenette.
The suite num. 5 is composed of the living room, a kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom.
Finally a master room with double bed and private bathroom.
The exteriors are characterized by terraces, patios and the 18×4 meter swimming pool with hydromassage and infinity edge in continuity with the horizon.

The beach of Cala dei Gessi can be reached on foot with a walkway inside the park. The guests of the villa can use the services of the Park (bar, swimming pool with sea water, shuttle). For children there are green areas equipped for games in the park.
