Description of the properties
The Villa can accommodate up to 8 people; immersed in the countryside of the municipality of Seggiano, is divided into several floors.
The villa is accessed via a beautiful veranda with table (8 people) for lunch and dinner outside as well as deck chairs for relaxing. From the entrance, on the right, there is access to a beautiful living room with sofas, large fireplace, TV and library.
Still on the ground floor, on the left side, we find first the dining room with large wooden table and then the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen, with the central marble island, is equipped with all useful appliances (dishwasher, espresso machine, oven, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, wine cellar and dishes) as well as a small closet. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with shower.
Going up to the first floor you enter the sleeping area with the 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom, the largest, has a double bed and a large en suite bathroom with both a bath and shower.
The second bedroom is also equipped with a double bed and has its own internal bathroom with shower. Finally, the third bedroom is a double room with an internal bathroom with tub / shower. The two double bedrooms overlook the large terrace overlooking the countryside, while the twin bedroom has its own private terrace.
Finally, the basement where a real studio has been built: a large living room with wooden table, sofas and TV which leads to the bedroom with a double sofa bed (available on request), to the bathroom with tub / shower and to the external porch.
