Description of the properties
The splendid structure is located on the outskirts of Cala Piccola, on the peninsula of Monte Argentario. From the Villa you can enjoy a splendid view of the Mediterranean: on clear days you can see the island of Giglio, Giannutri, Montecristo, Elba and even Corsica. The Villa is located on an estate of about 18 hectares and is surrounded by a large garden (2 hectares) with olive groves, fruit trees, shrubs typical of the Mediterranean and fragrant shrubs. In the garden, in addition to the beautiful pool, there is a brick bar with a wood-burning oven and an area for outdoor dining.

The main building consists of an entrance hall, a living room with fireplace, a dining room and a small living room with TV; we also find a splendid equipped kitchen. The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms each with private bathroom with bathtub (also with shower), 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower and a single bedroom with bathroom with shower. The building has a large terrace from which, through a few steps, you reach the pool.
The annex is completely independent and consists of the entrance and 3 suites with double bed, each with private bathroom (two bathrooms with shower and one with bath with shower).
There are also two swimming pools available near the annex.
The entire structure (including the annex and the two outdoor bathrooms) are equipped with air conditioning.
