The Villa is located in Ansedonia, a seaside resort in the Grosseto Maremma, just 5 minutes from the beach. The property as a whole represents a true paradisiac context: the natural shades of white stone and the intense colors of the Mediterranean flowers blend harmoniously with the deep blue of the sea below.
Description of the properties
INTERNAL DESCRIPTION
The villa (400 sqm), spread over 2 floors and furnished in perfect Italian style, can accommodate up to 10 people for a total of 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
Ground floor: This floor consists of a spacious and comfortable living area with large French windows (leading to the outside veranda), comfortable sofas, fireplace, flat TV and a nice table for board games.
Next are the dining room (with wooden table) and the kitchen (with direct access to the rear garden), fully equipped with oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Next to the kitchen we find a useful laundry and a small double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with shower), ideal for the staff.
A door on the right side of the main living room leads to the sleeping area as follows: a master bedroom (with double bed, flat TV and ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi), one double (with adjoining bathroom with shower), one double and one twin (both with ensuite bathroom with shower).
First floor: You can reach the top floor both by internal and external stairs. Here we find another double room with ensuite bathroom (with shower) and a large roof terrace from which you can admire a wonderful view of the sea below.
EXTERNAL DESCRIPTION
Inside the garden (which extends on 3 sides for about 6000 square meters) we find a dining table for 12 people and numerous views and shaded corners where you can relax sipping a glass of wine or reading a book.
The wonderful, wavy pool is surrounded by plants and flowers and equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas. From here guests can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Monte Argentario promontory and the ancient fishing village, Porto Ercole.
The Villa also has a large veranda, furnished with a sofa and armchairs, a dining table, a barbecue and an outdoor oven for delicious outdoor meals, enjoying the marvelous view of the sea from the sun.
