Description of the properties
The Villa enjoys a 360 degree panoramic view of the Tuscan hills that slope gently down to the Tyrrhenian Sea. The structure reflects the typical style of the Tuscan farmhouse: with its courtyard, the courtyard on which the main building dominates the garden with the central well, the two stables now restored and the original stone oven. Villa Tatti is a classic three-story antique Tuscan farmhouse, with terracotta floors, high beamed ceilings and thick stone walls.
The Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 18 people and is composed of the main building and Corbezzolo, the ancient renovated stable.
The main Villa (14 beds) is on three floors.
On the ground floor there are three dining rooms with large wooden tables, sofas, armchairs and a fireplace, a large living room with sofas, bar, piano and TV with outdoor veranda, a professional kitchen equipped with all comforts, a wood-burning oven from the 19th century. century.
On the first floor there is a double bedroom with a four-poster bed (Baldacchino room) connected to a bedroom with two single beds (Cavallino bedroom), a bathroom with shower and bathtub serving the two bedrooms. There are two other double rooms (Toscana room and Viaggiatore room) and a bathroom with shower and mosaic tub serving the two rooms.
On the second floor there is the Olivo suite with a double bed, living room with fireplace and single bed, en-suite bathroom with shower. A second suite with double bed and small living room with sofa bed, en-suite bathroom with shower. This last suite communicates with a double room (Monacale room) and a bathroom with shower.
On request the main villa can become a 14 + 2/4 considering an additional room (available on request) and the sofa bed in the suite on the second floor.
The small stable (Corbezzolo) has 4 beds (on request it can become 4 + 2) and consists of a living room with fireplace and double sofa bed, a kitchen, two double bedrooms (one of the two bedrooms has a mezzanine , available on request), a bathroom with shower and a service bathroom. It has a private outdoor terrace and garden area with deck chairs.
