A040 Luxury Villa

For guests at the ancient residence, stylish interiors in natural materials: terracotta tiles, wooden beams, wrought-iron and great care taken over the combinations of colors. Fourteen of the villa's rooms are large (15-20 sq m), with spacious bathrooms en suite, filled with light and furnished with period pieces. Every detail is a homage to nature lovers: the windows open onto the park, the swimming pools and the woods, stretching as far as the eye can see.

It's a small hamlet of three adjoining buildings, in which the bedrooms are located, many of them opening off cozy lounges: here guests can sit on comfortable sofas by the fireplace to read, listen to music or sip a good Tuscan wine.

Refined in their simplicity, all the spaces combine tradition and luxury: flat-screen TV with satellite links, fast internet connection, linen of local manufacture, toiletries made from olive oil, private bathroom with shower and/or tub, hairdryer, underfloor heating supplied with hot water from a biomass-fueled boiler and solar photovoltaic and thermal panels, as well as a "cellar-effect" cooling system, again located under the floor (on request).

The suite is adjacent to the Manor House and has an independent entrance, a living room with fireplace and satellite TV on the ground floor and a double bedroom on the first floor. The bathroom has a separate shower and a spa bath.

In the main building, called Manor House, we have 10 double rooms with private bathrooms. In three bedrooms the bathroom has a shower, while in the other seven the bathrooms have a whirlpool bath.

The separate building called Guest House has three double rooms and a cozy living room with fireplace, ideal for enjoying a good glass of wine in peace. The rooms all have a private bathroom, two with Jacuzzi and one with shower.
