The villa is located in the middle of a large garden, full of roses, fruit trees and aromatic herbs: The large swimming pool (7x14 meters) is surrounded by a beautiful garden and surrounded by comfortable sun beds and umbrellas. Outdoor lunches and dinners on the outdoor terrace while enjoying splendid views of the surrounding vineyards.
In the villa: the living area is furnished with comfortable leather sofas and SAT TV. A few steps on the living room is a gallery with a wooden floor with a double sofa bed: it can accommodate 2 extra guests.
Through a stone arch (1 step lower) you enter the kitchen and a typical wood-burning oven. 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, 3 bathrooms (2 with shower and 1 with bathtub). Air conditioning + Wi-Fi, A staircase connects the ground floor with the laundry area (washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board).
The villa has 4 comfortable bedrooms (3 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, all with air conditioning), 1 sofa bed (located on a large mezzanine, for an additional 2 guests), 3 bathrooms (2 with shower and 1 with bath), a large equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, 5-burner stove, toaster, kettle, espresso machine, American coffee machine). Guests can enjoy the view while dining together on the outdoor veranda. On request it is also possible to organize typical Tuscan dinners or cooking lessons with a cook at home
The living room is spacious and comfortable, furnished with leather sofas, satellite TV, DVD player, hi-fi system, bluetooth speaker.
Upon arrival, guests are welcomed with a welcome basket that includes some typical products of the area, such as wood-fired bread, cold cuts and cheeses. There are also bottles of wine and mineral water. Linen and towels are changed at the end of each stay / week, as are towels for the poolside loungers. Each bathroom has a hairdryer. In case you stay with small children we will be happy to provide you with 2 cots and 2 high chairs (free, on request). The villa also has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board
