Starting from your accommodation (area of San Gimignano), you will enjoy a wine & food dailytour, first stop visit the estate organic farm certified sinece 2003 with a magical noble Villa located in the Tuscan hills, you will then walk in the middle of rows , where you will see the contemporary approach and explication directly from the owner, how to select the best grapes and produce quality wines, you will visit ancient wine cellar and barrel tunnel and in the same time you will taste their wine, then you will have a lunch with their own products in the garden open space or the ancient hall. In the afternoon we will go to visit a farm to taste the cheese and oil of its own production, and a visit to the dairy (for hygiene and safety reason of fresh products you will see the dairy from outside) where they will explain the various steps to have the best cheese.
